The author of “Fear and loathing in Las Vegas” left these final words in a suicide note to wife Anita. He had been suffering from depression and killed himself with a gunshot to the head, at the age of 67.
“That was a great game of golf, fellas.”
The singer and actor was in Spain to hunt partridge and play golf. After playing 18 holes he suffered a fatal heart attack on the walk back to the clubhouse, he was aged 74.
“As far as having a New Year’s resolution, I’d love to have a child next year.”
The actress and singer spoke these words in an interview 17 days before her death. Brittany Murphy died at the age of 32 after collapsing at her home, the cause of death was given as pneumonia.

The chess grandmaster died of degenerative kidney failure at Landspítali Hospital in Iceland, he was aged 64.

The Hollywood actress died from breast cancer at the age of 81. She was entombed in Forest Lawn-Hollywood Hills Cemetery in Los Angeles, and this is the epitaph on her tombstone.
